Anybody made a swap out yet?

If there's one thing that ALWAYS NEEDED IMPROVEMENT on the old Muscle MoPars it was those ultra DIM IP bulbs.

I noticed a HUGE improvement when I went to a Modern alternator with a built-in regulator, I think LED Instrument panel lights would give the Guauges a much needed upgrade....tradition be d@mned, you know our IP lights always sucked!!

Who did the swap and what is our Bulb number? I'm sure there is a replecememt LED out there that snaps right in....probably take some amp load off those 40+ yr old wiring harnesses too!

I recently rewired my truck. I had a problem with the dash lights to. I sanded a little spot on the corner of the dash assembly to bare metal and ran a ground wire. They're really bright now and don't fluctuate. You might wanna try that no matter what bulbs you put in. Major difference.
