ProCharger pushed my tank in to the mid 10's - with plenty left.

My Nittos are street drag radials not slicks and I left the line @ 3,000 rpm any more than that and it would blow the tires off.I also granny shifted it,did not want to put the tranny on the track.

PS we have a Viper that will much much faster than 7:80's but it is not a street car. At SGMSP my car was a middle of the pack car running 9:38. Was your 7 Second Viper streetable? Not to Bad Mouth anyones car,but there are a lot of race only cars on here that will not run in the 7's.

PS I went up and looked at your Viper it is nice, mine is more of a street car.

Of course, someone always has a bigger balloon. Unless you're talking about Sal's car, there are no other "much" faster vipers than that one on a drag strip. The car also went 7.80's almost a decade ago. I drove both of them on a weekly basis, putting 5k miles on each a year roughly. Both ran on pump gas, including this run: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AD2Uzq45R2k I drove the car to the track, made the run and drove home. Running 17lbs of boost, could go to 35.

Not sure how yours is more of a street car than my convertible. Other than driveline mods, the car was totally normal. You're running around on radials saying my car, that's on a real invo street tire, isn't as much of a street car lol. You vette guys love to piss on stuff I swear. Heaven forbid people just appreciate the cars posted.

Both cars made around 1500hp

Yeah that's Andy that bought it from me. No idea why he got into roll racing top speed stuff. That car is built to perform as a drag car. It will always get killed in a high MPH run off with that transmission setup.

I ask you if it was streetable nothing more nothing less.I was talking only about how fast & streetable the Turbo & Super-Charged cars are. Now if you want to do some Racing for some Big $$$ I do have a real race car!

Sorry to disappoint, my collection is mostly late 50's and early 60's mopars. I enjoy going slow. My family has done enough racing at this point. Now, we just enjoy going slow.

That's the inlet side, it should go to an air cleaner in front of the radiator.

Are you related to Herb McCandless? Him & Ken used to come down to a shop(Mopar) in Norcross GA and use there dyno at night.Woody Mays was in the rear of their shop building Race-Cars and he was the one who built my 1st dragster and we would go up there and watch them dyno the engines. But in order to go up there & watch I had to stay back well out of the way and not allowed to talk or ask any questions unless one of them spoke to me.

I think the one he is referring to is the one off the Super-Charger that goes up in front of the radiator to the inter-cooler(not sure)it looks swelled behind the clamp but is made that way.The one from the injector goes to the air filter in front of the radiator.

"only" 8.95. Wish I ran that. Are you running an F2? Do you do much street driving? I debated about getting rid of my little F1A and upgrading to an F2, but I've heard their gearboxes aren't as durable as the F1 series blowers. I like to drive the piss out of mine so I was just curious.

My buddy has four years on his f2 and he does about 3000 miles a year. No problems at all with the blower. And he bought it used came off race car the used it for two years before at 36psi.
