Well, its running and moved under its own power. However i seem to have some ignition troubles while trying to get this thing tuned. https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/show...e=1#Post2808108

I am going to assume you have the solid state voltage regulator, check the voltage readings at the box, at the battery, and in and out of the ballast resistor.

No, not married yet. A little less than 3 months.

What am i looking for as far as voltages? It has 14-14.5 volts at the battery when running. Is it to much? I was thinking it was a hair on the high side, but it leveled off and didnt really go past that. This is the new nip alt as it came on the magnum motor. Unfortunatly i have to buy another box just to get it running again to diagnose it.

That's not too high. I am not sure if you are using a carb and electronic ign, but if ya are I would consider doing the hei module swap and a true 12 volt coil for hotter spark!

Glad to hear ya are still out there Pokey! You too Webster!
I have been busy too, workin' and doin what I can to get the new six together...doin efi wiring now, and getting all the turbo plumbing worked out.. .header is done,6 into two into one... tubes are really short, less than a foot! The intercooler business is becoming a nightmare tho. The tubing is pretty long. Hoping I dont have problems with lag. The cooler is mounted behind the front bumper, on the driver's side.
yeah, yeah, I will get pix...

That exhaust pipe running right next to the distributor may have gotten interesting at times. Eh.

Cool!
I have plumbed everything at least 2 different ways, but am gettin there.
My goal is easy access to everything, without having intercooler tubing too long. Lots of space with a slant in a truck!

100-150 works for a slant....if ya have a stout enough bottom end...good for a bigblock too, for that extra punch.
Careful with that stuff tho! I trashed more than one 4 cyl......
