Wanting to replace the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder on my 92 W150, 318 magnum w/ 5 speed. Manual says to replace as an assembly, but I can only find individual components, all the assembly's I find say they are for the Diesel..... Anyone have any insight?

This isn't a direct answer for your question, but ...

When I needed a clutch master for my '93 Wrangler, the parts stores only had the slave listed, for around IIRC $100.

I checked with the dealer, they had the whole thing, slave, master, and of course the tube ... for $117, or there abouts.

I wasn't about to pull the trans to replace the slave, so I only used the master, and kept the slave for later, or in my case, never. Jeep is long gone.

Might be worth checking.

It takes gasoline to interest me.

sent you a PM on how to bleed it.

I found these russel dodge/jeep clutch/brake fittings to convert from plastic line to a -3AN braided line.

just press out the roll pin/remove stock fitting/press these fittings all the way in to seat them/reinstall roll pin for MC & slave ends.

You do not need the whole assembly but have to be careful how you do things.
There is a roll pin that fits in a groove of a metal sleeve that fits onto either end of the nylon hose between the master and the slave. If you live in the rust belt, getting them out will be tough. You also need three hands.
Try not to ruin the nylon line- if you do, you can make your own- scratchy has the part numbers. EDIT: there ya go. That was fast!

Do one end at a time and you will have to be creative about bleeding the system. I had to tilt things to direct air to the right place. The wagners used a hex head bleeder screw as well. Do not assume it to be self bleeding. Wagner was oem, btw

I bled them with my cheap hypo looking bleeder.Looks like a big hypodermic.Fill with fluid open bleeder and press to back bleed the system. We used to have a lot at work that regular bleeding didnt cut it.With this it was easy.It has a large rubber end that goes over the bleeder hole.Rocky
