I'm not thinking there is a huge market for a facility like Norwalk...especially if the client base is moved so close by.

I dont see it happening myself. The baders have alot invested at the current property. But Bader junior implies hes ready to do it in a heartbeat with the right property, witch he has two in mind.
It may be a bluff or he may be serious, its a card game IMO. But I could be very wrong.
I like Norwalk where its at. Also , drag racing overall has been falling off. Norwalk is seeing growth since they went NHRA, but that in time IMO will be aligned with whats happening overall with NHRA, the interest in drag racing is going down.
Unless there is a resurrection of interest with all of the stupid drag race reality shows going on for the general public.
