I just recently purchased a 77 lebaron 2 door coupe. It has factory mag wheels with a big center cap that I can't figure out how to get them off. Can anybody help? I will post pix when I get a chance. Thanks!!!

The caps, regardless of the wheel, if they're factory bolt on from the back. So, you gotta take the wheel off to get the cap off.

How bad do you want to take the cap off?

Post pics of the ride already!

I'd prefer to NOT trash either the wheel or cap. Thought someone might have had a set of these and remember how to get them off.

Pop the red cap off and remove the 2 screws and the cone comes off, then you remove 2 more screws if you want the bracket off. If the parts book diagram wasn't clear enough.
