Good show you guys put on this weekend at vegas. First time I have got to watch a full field of SS/AH cars go at it. Very impressive, especially watching CW go 8.63 at altitude.

Bit of tuning. A little busy to talk. The other car had a loose oil line causing lots of smoke on its first run on Saturday.

A big shout out to my buddy Don Bales who by far has the best looking race car I have ever seen........
I second that. I had only seen pictures of the "Silver Bullet" prior to this past weekend and let me tell you: pictures don't even begin to do that car justice. Mike Roth really outdid himself. For those of you who never have seen the car, make it a point to drop by Don Bales' pit next time you're at the races and check it out. On top of having (as Ogburn would say...) a "drop dead gorgeous" race car, Don and crew are all great guys to boot.
Also, I have to hand it to John Holt and Co. Stephen Hebert's car worked flawlessly from the first hit. CW made the first pass in the car and I don't think he had to make even the slightest of corrections...the car was on a rail.

Thanks Jared, we were down to the last minute putting Stephen's car together, and it responded really well.
Congrats to the Westcotts on another commanding performance. The bullet in Hebert's car looks to be a pretty good piece!
I want to publicly thank and congratulate Mr. Hebert for this weekend. He trusted us to build this car, and he did not see it in person until he arrived at our shop Monday evening. We loaded it and brought it to Vegas, and it hadn't moved under it's own power until Charlie took it to the staging lanes for it's first hit. I can personally vouch (although I am biased) that John Holt is the baddest there is. We didn't take the hood off of that blue car all weekend, and it ran up and down like a bracket car.
Thanks to the Painters for a great show, Nitro Joe for all his hard work, the WCH for such great hospitality and all the racers for the great racing.
Congrats to my friend Mr. Pancake, too, on another consistent showing making it to the semis.

I just walked in the door from the MATS. I must say that the "STRIP" is very nice!! It was awesome to see so many of the HEMI cars. Congrats to CW. That new SPYPHISH car is pretty sweet. I talked to Hebert and his crew for a while, and they seem like great guys. I am hoping to post some videos of the HEMI shootout soon. Thanks to everyone who put on the show, it was great!

When we were at Holts picking up The Hillbilly they were trashing on that car. That is a fine piece and they do a great job at Holts.
Any plans on running the "Hillbilly" this year?? Keep us updated on any outings.

A West Virginia racer built in Ohio. The new name could be " The Buckabilly".
