burdar OP Owen's Dad Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 7,371 Iowa	There's a guy over on FABO selling repro E-body positive battery cables. He says they fit and work fine on A-bodies. I thought my 68's cable was a lot longer. Has anyone used the E-body cables on their 67-69 A? The E-body cables are dirt cheap...A-body cables not so much.

But you want one for the small block E body to use on a small block A body (small block cable is longer) ck mopar number 3764166 ( replaces 2983648 ) pt # 2983649 is big block E body cable,, but it's about 5-6 inches shorter

can.al pro stock C Joined: Feb 2009 Posts: 1,274 Ontario.Canada	an E body cable will work but because it is 6 or 7 inches shorter it will "drape" to the inner fender towards the firewall rather than follow tight to the battery

Last tiem I ck'd retail was les than $50 for the positive cable. Negative ( pt # 2983778) was almost $70 But thats probably been a year ago. But judging by how many are all over ebay,,,I'm gonna say yes.
