Kinda curious here, are these just darn good gaskets or more of a fix for warped manifolds?? they are certainly unique.. Any thoughts about this on here??

They work very well where other gaskets fail. I started using them on all of my inline 6 applications. Slats are notoriously hard to seal up sometimes it goes well other times....I use remflex now for the all zero problems since!

I have run Remflex gaskets on my 340 stroker with TTI headers for about 7 years now. I have loosened the headers on one side once to fix a small coolant leak. I have not had an exhaust leak in the 7 years of running the same set of gaskets. The car is a street driven car, but has been driven hard at times.

Based upon my experience, I would recommend these gaskets to anyone who is considering using them.

They are darn good gaskets. Use them and the chance of a leak is 99.99% covered.

I guess I should add here that I installed one side on my 440 and found them really different, the reason for my post here... Both sides have blown at one cylinder, using the gaskets that came with the original gasket kit, and I hope these last longer..

I have the exhaust manifold gaskets but havent installed them yet...I can attest to the 2.5" 3-bolt flange gaskets though....they SEAL and they do a great job at it too...I have 6 sets on my system and not one leaks...but it is dependent on the flanges you have...I have 1/2" stainless on each side sandwiching the RemFlex

I've used them, just to try them not because I had a leak. They do seal, however they also deteriorate (I didn't even run them that long) so when you take them off you need to scrape bits and pieces off.

Maybe coating them with something might have helped with that. I would only use them if I knew I had a leak due to a lousy surface. If not, I prefer mr gasket ultra seals.

No gasket at all has worked best. Just a thin coat of high temp RTV has kept mine well sealed. Thick straight flanges are important with this approach.

The best exhaust gaskets I've ever used!

I use them. No leaks here. I'll use them again on future builds

I had a bear of a time getting the drivers side header to seal. (hooker 2" super comps) I tried a few trciks and finally got a set of the Remflex. No more leak. It was either that or remove the header, run new beads, grind and install.

Another satisfied Remflex customer here.

Here's a tip to save you money. They are much cheaper to buy on Amazon than directly from Remflex.

yup off the remflex website shipping is as much as the gaskets themselves, on amazon, shipping is much cheaper or even free.

Another positive vote for Remflex. I can order them through my local auto parts store.

I used them to mate early 340 exhaust manifolds to Magnum heads. A bit of a mismatch at the floor of the port, not much shared sealing area between the 2 designs. Remflex sealed them together fine!
