Found a 1970 Chager body that all the good driveline parts were pulled and have a nice body though. Wonder how hard would it be to put A new 1969 clip on it? I know there is lots diffrent in the two, just need to know what work/parts would be needed for the swap.

You're looking at at least $3000 for the parts, likely much more.
The 69 grille is the biggest $$$. Many parts to it including a vacuum system for the headlight doors. The headlight switch and wiring is different from a 70 since the 70 model has an electric motor for the headlight doors. The fenders, hood, bumper... all different.
I breifly considered a 69 clip on my Charger in 2000 but the 70 style grew on me.

Grill isn't a concern for me, probably just put a coronet grill in it like 500 model. Just not sure on what front sheet metal can be kept and swapped with the fenders, valance and hood.

None of the front sheet metal is the same...fenders, hood, valance, bumper, grill support...it's all different. But if you have the whole 69 front clip already, it will bolt onto the 70. Also, the coronet grill will not bolt on without the correct charger 500 brackets, or fabricating your own way of mounting it....

Correct....If he does the 500 grille he'll also need the end filler pcs as well as the grille support brackets, and spacers for the grille end pcs over the lights, as well as 68 Coronet light bucket assys to flush the headlamps forward....

Yeah, but the car is just a rolling shell. Missing dana 60, 4spd is not factory correct, wrong year 440 and the guy is keeping the 6pak set up, missing fender tag, missing the pistol grip, missing the radiator, factory dark green interior is roasted and trunk pan is scaly. I figure the car could be changed into a cool 1969 500 race car I can modify without worry.

Let me know if you intend to sell the grille. I could use a spare.
