Hey guys: I need some info on 70 Charger 6 way bucket seats. I have a pair of complete front buckets. Could I use these in my 72 Charger?

I don't think so, ask 440pursuit (chris) he was going to buy mine but they didn't work in his 72 RR.

Are you wanting them for the 6 way adjuster or just need buckets for your '72?

72 bucket seat tracks will bolt right onto the 70 charger seat frames. The 70 tracks may make the seats sit to high off the floor. If you do not use the 70 passengers side tracks, I am looking for some. I have a pair of 70 charger seats in my 71, with 71 se at tracks on them, and they fit perfect. The 70 six way seat frame is worth about five hundred dollars if it is in good condition, and working order.

The 70 b body six way is a one year only part. 69 b body six ways are different. 71 b bodys use the same six way as e body. IIRC

'70 seats will NOT appear correct in a '72 due to the backs & seat release button. For '70 the release button is part of the hinge cover, by '72 it was part of the seat.

I have a 6 way in my red 70' if any pictures are needed.

You need extra bracing under the floor of the later b-bodies and the '70 seats would sit up higher.
