Hey guys,

Before I mate the 727 to the 360 should I remove and fill the converter? If so how much fluid? One quart? Any other tips?

Thanks in advance,
Brian

One quart is enough to lube the insides until the pump fills it on startup.

If you would do a quick search you would find type F recommended in a number of recent posts.

If the front pump seal ain't new on this deal I would highly suggest installing a new one & I pack the back side where the spring is with vaseline so the spring stays in place as you are (carefully) tapping it in place
