I ordered my Atlas with the competition short tail without a VSS

To make up for the lack of speed sensor, I got a GPS speedometer

Radiator came in

Along with my steering wheel

and poly tranny mount

I started filling the hole in the tub

I brought my axles in to clean them up

Tom got my a Sam's Offroad "Sam Proof" pitman arm for my birthday

and a light weight MP3 am/fm radio

Made some progress today

I got my Taurus fan in, now I have all the parts for stretching the nose.

Axles are mocked in place

This thing is going to have an awesome approach angle

... And departure angle

mock up with the body to see where the rear tire falls

I took my frame apart and stretched it 4" to give me more room under the hood.

I also started the steering box mounts and arch over the axle

Is that ALL you have got done?!!!






Why, just since you got the steel delivered I have changed the oil in my old truck ... and that's about all ...

I spent the morning helping Tom fix his rusty CJ7, then this afternoon I started on my MB. I cut the body mounts but still have to drill the holes, I finished trimming the back of the tub, and I cut rear frame reinforcements. I also order some feet for the roll cage.
