Not without changing the core support or major surgery. The headlight spacing is different as far as I know.At least on the 92-93's

The 91-93 grille will fit the 80-90 body style just fine, but you will need to swap the radiator support (it is a bolt in though).

To make the grille fit the 72-79 trucks, you either need to swap front clips, and doors, or carefully build up the side of the front fenders with body filler, and make it flow into the rest of the body lines.

Hi!
I am new to the forum...love the late 70's and up to 92 body style trucks....have an 83 D-150 with a 496 stroker motor 727 trans, dana 60 rear with 3.50 gears.... and an 84 with a slant six and 833 od. Both are short wide bed trucks....on the 83 i modified the lower control arms by installing a spring pocket to lower it...c-notched the frame and moved the rearend above the springs...rides and drives great.....like the mileage of the slant six...in the middle of a fuel injection conversion...hopin for 22 mpg.......

84 D150 440/727
79 /6 swb D150
1964 A100 window van. Just because it has spark plug tubes doesn't mean it's a Hemi.

If ya haven't been there, ya just wouldn't understand.

Both sound really cool. Let us see them!! Have you run the 83 down the 1320? Just interested in times.

Thanks for the interest!!!I will have pics soon....my old computer crashed and (like a dummy hehe)..I lost about a hundred pics of all kinda stuff..didnt save em on disc..as far as the times, i ran it and it ran mid to high 13's when it wasnt even tuned right yet last fall...a best of 13.53....runs better now, is torn down for paint and interior right now..hope to have it back on the road by next spring..The slant six truck is in use right now as a daily driver..bought it for 500 dollars tagged, stickered and drivin....a work in progress..installing a rear roll pan over Labor day weekend....will post pics as soon as i get em.....

believe it or not the tires were donated by a friends tire shop he felt it would be more impressive to melt down a new set so they didnt cost me a dime! what a friend huh?
