If the UCA's are off the car, just take them into a local shop and ask them to yank them off. Probably do it for a coffee!
I wouldn't think...I could be wrong...but would not think many local shops in Greece would have Mopar ball joint sockets?
They would probably just try to press the ball joints out instead.

not sure what shipping would be, but napa and a few other places sell them cheaper than 55 bucks.
I saw that right after I paid like 80 bucks for my snap on one, you could then buy them for 12 bucks I think.
If you can find a Mopar ball joint socket anywhere, from anyone, for $12.00, buy every one that you can get, sell them, and make a tremendous profit. When were they ever 12 bucks, on this planet?

trust me they were. must have been 5 or 6 years ago now. maybe a little more. I just remember someone even on this board talking about them, and me kicking my self for spending so much on one not that long before that.

prices sure have come down...I might as well buy one of those then....I mean...I have to remove it...but I also have to crank it back in right....I sure hope those threads don't strip out....it happened to my 70 Charger and it was FUN looking for decent UCA's
Thanks fellas

Wow, ok, but is that Summit one, for the small ball joint A body cars, or large ball joint A, B, E, body cars.

several days worth of apps of kroil or pb blaster never hurts. As Stump said if you can get a pipe wrench on there & keep it square it'll work most of the time. DEFINITELY take em off before you take the UCA itself out. If the socket is cheap & you ain't in no rush to order it then as you know having the proper tool is always the better way

Went ahead and ordered the socket...I'll use it....probably keep it as you never know when you need one....I will clean the UCA's tomorrow and put in some liquid wrench for a few days until the socket arrives...Hopefully its not part of the 70%
