Are you guys removing the return spring on the clutch pedal or using something different?
no spring because its now got the MC!

Interesting. You have your master mounted inside the firewall.
I wanted it on the inside to retain a more stock looking engine bay. And I didn't want to cut anymore holes through the firewall

Parts have been streaming in. Should have the Heim joint shortly - turns out it was 5/16"-24 in size. Gathering the parts vs buying a kit has been very easy and signficantly less $ Also picked up the 4 to 2 hole adaptor and heim/rod assembly for the master cylinder from Dr. Diff (Thanks Cass). VERY quick delivery.

Glad to help someone save money!! I put in stops for my pedal just for insurance against tearing the seal from over travel. Just an FYI.

Well i finished the project a couple of weekends ago, thought I'd show the final results. I had to mock up both the brake and clutch - fought me the whole way. The end of the wilwood master is a tad too big in diamter for the 4-to-2 hole master cylinder adapter, requiring a little machining. Most of this is (or will be) grade-8 hardware or chromoly heim ends. Thanks again everyone - especially 72swinger - you'll see some similarities i think

The back side... I have more pics, but this should suffice.

Looks good! Don't forget to check clutch clearance, you want like .120 minimum.
Mopar to the bone!!!

No Throwout bearing to pressure plate clearance. It gets less as the clutch wears. I believe in most cases .120-.250 is acceptable, and with a dual disc maybe more.

Ok, cause I was wondering.
They say there are no such thing as a stupid question. They say there is always the exception that proves the rule. Don't be the exception.
