Dodge techs help! I was driving my 2012 Charger today, stopped at a stop sign, and when I went to take off, nothing! I revved it up to around 3000 rpms and it started to move. I limped it home, stopped in my drive and put it in park. Tried putting it in reverse and it jumps to neutral. It has no reverse and feels like its starting out in 2nd or 3rd gear. Anyone ever hear of something like this? Its a v-6 and 8 spd auto trans, with 32500 miles. Help!!!

Sounds like you have a transmission problem and it is in limp home mode, thank god for warranties.

sounds like you are getting better service than I did last year when the transmission in my Ram quit.. the dealer had it for over 2 months throwing parts at it and could not get it to work.. they said dodge would not authorize a replacement just a rebuild.. they had it out at least 4 times trying to make it work..
