No need to yell we can hear you. Why not cut out a plate and mount it from the inside? I haven't heard of anyone producing one but I haven't been looking either.

I just had my body man make a cover that bolted on from the engine compartment. Painted it body color and it nearly looks factory. Only us Mopar guys would know it didn't come that way.

I think someone does or did make em. I never paid much attention as I never figured I'd be in the market for one. Since it's flat it'd be simple to make out of some alum or steel stock then as said paint it to match the firewall as close as you can. A sharp body man could afix a panel behind the hole then a plate in the shallow hole the thickness of the firewall metal to make it flush with the firewall itself then bondo it to make it seamless
