I'm in need of a source for grommets and breathers for these valve covers. They have 1.50" holes and I cant seem to find anything that'll fit.

I bet almost all decent auto parts houses can get you a grommet kit for a Mopar.

Like you said, you need a 1.5" hole for the breather and a 1.00" hole for the PCV valve.

Yeah Google is great. 1.5 is not a common size, click on some of the links you posted, most are 1.22OD. There is one mopar "kit" I found which includes three plugs, only one of which will fit.

I still think they will fill. I just checked a MT cover I have here and the holes measures 1.410" and I just had the grommet in it the breather is very tight.

I bet you 1.5" is going to be OK? Unless you already tried it, then your screwed and must weld up the cover and redill if your handy with that kind of thing.

Otherwise get another valve cover unless ford or chevy uses 1.5?

What is the OD of the grommet you tried in the 1.410 hole?

I don't have it handy to measure right now, but it came out of a stock valve cover.

both of the holes on my valve covers are 1.5" ... I got a breather for one of them, but there's NO PCV grommets that size ...
