Just wanted some tips on the use of the shrinking dolly. I have some easily accessable dents to work out. Have a bunch of body hammers, and a shrinking dolly (heel). Any tips would be great.

Eastwood and others offer metal working how-to videos and books.

I have some hammers, a spoon, and couple dollies that I play with. I'm still a total novice, but I have figured out how to use the pick hammer + dolly to remove door dings and small dents.

I like to use a file to check my work. I color the area I'm working on with a majic marker and the use the file to reveal any high or low spots.
