Anybody do a conversion to use the modern type blades? I've been thinking about getting some modern arms and mating them to the old arms to use either the U channel clip on or the beam type blade, was just wondering if anyone has attempted this yet.

'92 D250 Club Cab CTD, 47RH conversion, pump tweaks, injectors, rear disc and hydroboost conversion.
'74 W200 Crew Cab 360, NV4500, D44, D60 and NP205 divorced transfer case. Front and rear disc and hydroboost conversion.
2019 1500 Long Horn Crew Cab 4WD, 5.7 Hemi.

No, I hate those clunky adapters, I'm just going to add a modern style end to the arms the truck came with.

I dont understand which wiper arm end you are looking to go for.
The 72-late 80's used the flat spade type end, and the 92 and 93 I know used the arm that has the short rod end.
Can you post a picture of the end you are wanting to use?
