Rear decks are 6 x 9. Front dash 4 x 10.
What I did in the 'Cuda was mount a Kenwood deck in the trunk. Used an IR repeater with the detector on the console. I use the remote to control the stereo. I have to do it blindly but you get used to the key sequences to make everything work. Since I mostly listen to HD radio, I have the stations I listen to most in memory. USB music is more difficult as it is harder to select MP3 tracks without looking. I did run an extension from the AUX input to the inside to plug my MP3 player with better music control. I can also link my Droid by Bluetooth to play from it but data rates for Pandora, etc costs too much IMO. I was looking to keep the cabin looking stock and radios invisible from the street yet have the music I wanted available.

What are you going to use for rear speaker grills for your 6 x 9's? If you plan on using the factory cardboard package shelf with the pre-cut slots, make sure your 6 x 9's will fit under it. Some of the new speakers have tall cones.
If you use aftermarket speaker covers, some are tall enough to allow clearance for the tall speakers, but the flat covers again might pose a problem.
Whichever route you take, make sure you have enough clearance...

Was looking at some Pioneer speakers that I'm pretty sure come with grill covers.....If not I'll have to wing it and just buy a pair of generic ones........
Those do fit. The tweeeters do stick up from the basket frame but not enough to touch the factory package tray. the Pioneers do not stick up as high as most of the other 6 x 9s out there.
