Thanks You didn't say what year and car but if it's anything like my column in my 73 Charger, you will need to carefully pry the top housing piece off with two flat head screwdrivers. I actually used two tiny pry bars -- one on each side and slowly worked the piece off the column shaft. Most likely you will chip the paint to be ready.

71birdJ68 master 7 Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 4,445 Morristown Tn.	Lets try a different way. Is the buzzer bad? If so, and it's a 71 or newer, the buzzer is not in the steering column. Its in the horn relay. So, exactly what are you talking about?
