That's awesome! Where do you usually race your car? I know you said in a previous thread you are close to the Motorplex I think so probably there. Would love to see it run. 5.30s is very impressive especially N/A with a small block. What does the car weigh?
We race all over the Metroplex and are know to travel out of state racing often. We are still pretty close to 2900 lbs race ready (car and driver). It's been so hot out that we have been sitting out so I'm going to be real happy to be back at the track soon.

Cool. Even more impressive at that weight. Maybe we will cross paths later this fall or next year because we go to all those tracks in the Metroplex as well.
Looking forward to it.

Temps are finally coming down and I just know I'm going to get my 5.3X time slip this fall! The numbers all say so....just need the time slip that says so. Not bad for a truck W8 with a tiny roller cam. Can't say enough good things about Brett's W8/W9 program.
Looking forward to next year.....might just be going to a big wedge to make this thing run in the 4's without a power adder.
big block . I think cam - intake and 20 more cubes will get you that 4 sec time slip. I have not seen very many big blocks that go 4's at 2900lb
I'm thinking 655 KB raised cam, B1 PSO, sheet metal intake, pair of 1250's should get me there. I haven't made any decisions yet, but I do like going fast with a small block. Love seeing the guys looking inside my car for a bottle and the expression on their face when they realize it is just a NA small block.
