Does anyone have a picture of a battery hold down installed in a Cordoba?

I have a 1975, but it is missing the hold down, and I can't find a replacement, or even pictures of one.

Thanks.

No pic but IIRC they were like a battery cover that included a washer tank..

I am truckless..

Windshield washer tank (bottle) is separate on mine. It sits just behind the battery.

I don't have a pic installed but I think it's the same as my Monaco cop car. Does yours look like it "hooks" through the top of the Thermoguard box and then held down?

Unfortunately I also don't have the insulated cover.

From what I can tell, the hold down attaches to the rad support at the front then must have a j-hook to the battery tray on the back. Does that sound right?

Thanks

I'm actually about to go look at the car. I have the box on it, but not the hold down....I picked one up in a junkyard the other day so I can go take a pic for you but it won't be installed.

Here's a pic with just the box in it. You mentioned your washer bottle is behind it...mine is on the passenger side almost tucked into the fender. It's a '77 B body Monaco so I would think it should be similar.

I'll be back in a little while with a better pic and what the hold down looks like I picked up.

I actually just found this that someone posted awhile back. You can see how it fits through the original thermoguard box. Basically one side attached to the battery tray, hooks through the box and through the core support then gets bolted.

That is exactly what I needed. Thanks very much for both of the pics.

Thanks
Dave
