I got my bar and brackets from a 92 D250. Bar is ~24mm. I can't seem to find any different measurements, so I am guessing there was only one size bar for all, from the factory.
Stock bushings are rubber, I wanted poly to tighten things up a tad.
There seems to be two styles of attachment at the strut rod, mine uses the same style bushing as the bar to frame bracket.
The Moog poly bushing for the bar to frame point looks like K3170, comes as a pair.
The stock truck retainer is a strap, too wide to fit between the ribs on the bushing.
I had some Jeep Grand Cherokee (I think regular Cherokee in later models used the same thing) u shaped straps, but they have a "saddle" style, fits over the ribs on the bushings ...just drill the bracket holes out a smidge and everything corresponds.
The strut rod is about 22.3 mm, and I am using a Moog K3168, also pkg of two, in that position, maybe a little snug but ...
Earlier (not sure of years) strut attachment used a rounded sort of bushing. Can't help there.
Got mine on ebay, shipped, cheaper than my price locally.
These are poly, less than $10 a pair, by mistake I happen to have extras of K3170 ...
This gives poly (sexy blue! in color) in both junctions. AC Delco has them in black poly, just cross the Moog number.
I already had some of the round bar to strut bracket poly bushings ...
I THINK the bar that Bullet Bob posted is the oval/rounded style of attachment to strut, mine uses a bolt type clamp.
