Both tubs are installed. I want to undercote the wheel wells to somewhat match the factory applied sound deaden-er coating. Ackie Swarez <SP> delivered the custom narrowed housing today! More bad news, Doctor Diff said the housing is too narrow for his stock of forgings..... Add another $100. +/- to the build!

everything is over budget! My advise....Add 50% to everything and you might be within budget! I need to check my life insurance policy before undertaking the interior!

I was able to finish the radiator install today! Feels good when you accomplish a task. I drilled the 4 mounting holes and test fit again before welding the factory nut-serts in place.

i hope i dont have to remove this anytime soon, its a tight fit and things have to be done in a certain order to get them to fit.

I was concerned that the fan blade was going to be too deep into the shroud but it came out just perfect!

I may have been able to fit a 19" fan blade but i think the 18" will do just fine. the radiator hoses needed just a little trimming to fit. the upper #70624 i trimmed about 1" from the radiator end only. the lower #70592 i trimmed about 1/2" from both ends to clear the strut rod area.

I'm blown away, after wire-brushing and grinding of the welds, as to how the Ospho destroyed what little rust was left . Caution: Don't get it on the concrete floors or painted areas! Here's a close up of the treated metal before using the Metal Etching Primer. Clean the area first then spray on the Ospho and wait maybe 20 min, then wash off with a very damp towel/rag and voila! I've read that Ospho is an Excellent primer too!

Metal Etching Primer : Done. I was told this is a must to protect the raw metals and welds. What do I know? I'm just following instructions.
