How about those curves? I wish I could sick around and supervise the job, but I cant and I'm at the mercy of the shop (again) He is installing a Wide Band O2 bung on the passengers side at the collector.

They do late model custom exhaust parts for several re-sellers. You should see some of the guys Tig Welding . Its an art IMO.

He said (Dave shop owner) he was ready for a challenge. I didn't think he would be able to fit the 3" around the rear and springs with a stock fuel tank so before I left the car, I said " it's OK if you go 2.5" after the mufflers to clear the springs, tank, shocks etc".

a view from the back looking up. kinda close to the driveshaft but it doesn't hit even with the rear-end hanging.

installing the new fuel tank. i decided to undercoat the upper surface of the tank to the pinch weld. i dont know if this makes any difference or not but i hope it will protect from standing water and rust. it may make for a quieter tank. i did replace the felt/tar paper pad.
