Info please, weight of engine oil ? which produces more vacuum - WOT or coast down ? reason I ask, there is a billet technology catch can, installed between the oil filler and the intake tube. It gets full very quickly, the guy says it is because of the 3:91 gear and lots of 3000 rpm. Sounds goofy to me, but what do I know ?
Vacuum when the throttle is shut.

i believe its a pretty well known issue with the HEMIs, otherwise there would not be so many catch cans on the market.

I think they are really hit and miss on ones that use oil vs ones that don't. Clean the catch can, change your oil then check it in 1000 miles. See how much is in there. I had a catch can on mine but I took it off. 3oz of oil in 3-4k miles didn't seem like it was worth it to me. If I raced the car regularly maybe I would care more. Wait until the car goes into limp mode in the fast lane of the freeway during rush hour because one of those catch can hoses has a pin hole leak in it. I'd rather burn some oil... DAHIK
