I had some weird electrical issues today but I'll
figure it out

I will be there. Made some changes to the car more gear more cam more compression, hope to do some testing after all the upgrades this coming Saturday in Tulsa.

Mine hasn't changed much from last year. I fixed the ignition problem I was having, and had Ryan J do his stage II port job to my Edelbrocks.

I was thinking(I know thats bad).. but my weird electrical
problem which was that the car would start fine BUT
it wouldnt shut down with the key(on a regular basis as
of today).. I think the rod that comes down the column
came out of the ignition switch... I will check tomorrow
but it was weird that it starts great but cant shut
it down all the time... I had the wife in the cab
(and she has a hard time getting in and out while its
on the hoist with a bad hip) and I asked if she banged
her foot into the column and she said she might have..
the way I have the column set up the rod is sorta
wimpy.. I guess I should make that better.... but at
least I know the master kills the car... LOL

The Valiant won't be making the trip this year. My daughter will make it in the Belvedere for a repeat of last year, hopefully without the head gasket issues.

I'll be driving the 66 Satellite that my brother took in 2011. Hoping to qualify at the tail end of the quick 32 in Daily driver.

Funny I see this thread after coming across half a dozen R5/P7's on RJ. Has anyone ran one of those on DW? Seems they would be reliable (if anything), not sure it would be worth the cost after detuning for pump gas though, or if the reliability stays the same with boost to make up for it, or what class it would end up in.

I'll be flying up and hitting all the tracks as a spectator. Wife's family lives in/around Lebanon, KY so this was an easy sell. I hope to meet some you and all these great rides in person. 15 days and counting! I'm pumped!
