Im pretty much a noob! But I have a 72 Scamp ive been building. Using 73+ A body parts. I have more travel to the passenger side then i do the driver side. I have confirmed that the tie rods are 12 1/2" on both sides. I get about 4 turns lock to lock manual steering. When i turn it all the way to once side then back 2 the wheels are not straight! Thoughts on a starting point?

Im not sure to be honest. I know i get way more travel to the pass side then I do the driver side. Looking though the FSM now to see. How would i tell if its not clocked right?

if i undo the pitman arm set the wheels straight. turn the gear box all the way to one side and back counting the turns then splitting the difference... if the pitman arm is clocked right it should line up?
