That what i thought it would be. Antifreeze does not always seperate in oil like u thing it would, unless there is lots of leakage. I have seen trans fluid look like peptoe bismol & fluid that looked normal, but still have cooler failure. I think the cometics maybe ur problem. Hope u find the source.

I found the source, at least a big one, could be more. It is at the water passage on front # 2 cyl. and is leaking into the push rod passage. I thought that I had them sealed with "Right Stuff", but apparently not!
I am pulling the engine to put new bearings in.
No 1 rod looked fine, No. 8 shows signs of antifreeze. I cannot risk a failure.
I thought the Cometics were the ones to use? I may have the early set that didn't seal the water passages well on World blocks.
Were there any other problems you know of with them?

I know lots of members use them with no problems. I have some tiny oil seapage on my sb, i even copper coated all 3 layers. I might try to retorque the heads. If that don't stop it, i will change back to the felpros. Never had any problems with them.
