This is my next project. I have secured the car. I am starting my planning phase.

I know there are a ton of issues out there, what I am trying to do is identify a group of "experts" (read: people who have actually done this in the same type car) or other sources of known-reliable information, so I can put together a brain trust to bounce ideas off of as I begin formulating my own project plan. I would like to document my build so others can benefit from my experiences.

So, if you've already gone down this road, or know of a good source of information for the many issues involved in such an conversion, please chime in or PM me. Thanks Moparts!

Not sure what you're asking. Are you saying mounting the 73 on a later Charger sectioned platform? Or a totally wild suspension upgrade on the existing platform? Of the latter, I believe there was one or two 71/72 cars (realizing the suspensions are different from the 73 and 74)pretty well documented on Roadrunnernest.com with one of them (the green one which was really nice) being for sale on the forum here not so long ago.

Go to the Tech Archives here on Moparts, and look for 808 Cudas thread on installing a Gen III Hemi in older cars. That has been a lot of help to me as I move through the installation of a 5.7 Hemi in my 70 Duster. Good luck.

Not a 73 but you should get the jist of it.
