The MOPAR .528 mechanical cam is supposed to be good with manifolds and not too hard on parts. On the gears, maybe 355's would be ideal with bigger tires but I'd stick with the 3.23's for now. The 440 should handle them pretty well with a moderate cam. Only change if its not snappy enough and you don't mind the higher highway RPM.

What kind of paint is that?

Any cam in the 220-230 degree duration range @.050 will work ok with manifolds.

I'd run the Mopar 272/272, Crower HDP 271, the larger Summit house brand cam, or anything similar.

But run headers. If you do you can lean more towards the 230 range, maybe the .474/.474 purpleshaft, afformentioned .528 solid wouldn't be a bad choice either.

Degree in the cam.

What exactly is your idea of streetable?

Since you already have the adjustable rockers, the MP .528 solid cam and a set of HP manifolds would be my choice hands down. A set of cheap headers would work fine with that cam too.

I prefer a hydraulic cam, don't like the ticking but I can possibly be swayed

the HP manifolds flow enough? I have my originals

if I go with headers, I wont mind spending for quality

I prefer solid cams, but that's just me. If you want a hydraulic cam, sell the adjustable rockers because for the size of cam your combo needs, the adjustable rockers are totally and completely 100% useless. Get a set of new stock type rockers and a set of pushrods and call it a day. The extra tiny bit of rocker ratio won't make any difference that you will ever see or feel on your combo.

HP manifolds and the mp .528 cam work very well together. If you have the HP manifolds AND the adjustable rockers, the mp 528 is a no brainer in my book. If you're dead set on a hydraulic I would look at the lunati 10230703LK kit. I ran it with stock rockers and it would work well for your combo. The "big" summit cam k6401 would work as well, and it's pretty cheap.
