Hi, Does anyone know of a good source for leaf springs for the front of a 30 plymouth?
The original leafs are 1-3/4"wide x 36'' long. 34"replacements would be OK, so the axle moves forward a little.
Thanks, Joel

Google "Posies Rod Shop" I think they used to produce leaf springs for the old Mopars. They were not oem, but upgraded replacement type springs. Gene

Thanks,
I called Posies: over $500 and 6 -8 weeks. Too much $ and too slow.

Any other ideas?
Thanks, Joel

Have a local shop make you a set?

If not rebuild a set via a grinder and

The regular spring shops should have the info and be able to make you a set.
I can't remember their names, but seems there are around three, in the Michigan area.

I believe trailer springs are 1 3/4" wide, so there should be something out there. Gene

I'm getting a pair of new springs from a moparts member who had them left over from a project that went IFS.
Thanks for all your help!
