The 408 that I'm getting has a .672 lift solid roller. I'm unclear as to what rocker ratio it's using though. Still some unknowns about it but it does have the aluminum MP magnum R/T heads.

even with that you have limitations....so far the best moderate rate and cost spring I've found is the Hughes #1110....coil bind height is 1.040", rate is IIRC ~350lb/in, cost about $95. with 2.2L retainers and stock magnum locks, you'll get around 1.6-1.62" IH, so I'd keep lift below about .525"
