How many hours are the body guys into this car? Will it be 450-500 hours when done?

This is a side job so he gets to it when he can. He has about 32 hours so far. Some of the real dirty stuff I'll do such can cleaning the trunk floor and sanding down the top. The hours will go up as soon as he starts replacing the quarters and trunk extensions. I've done the disassembly and will do the re-assembly.

Got my parts back from being hot tanked. The block and the heads are being shot blasted. When I get them back we'll clean out the water jackets with muric acid. Check out my pan.

Update. Have all the motor parts together, awaiting the new camshaft, lifters and springs. Got the block and heads back from shot blasting. Fortunately I won't have to bore the block. The bores will clean up nicely

Cool deal it's good to get a break now and then.

Did the quarters get hung?

All the sheet metal is still in boxes. They are doing the front part of the car, get all that straight before going to the rear of the car. The top and interior is next. Going to coat the floor and the underside of the top with Raptor. Give it strength and some sound deadening

Are your plans to remove the half tub or do a patch to the current tubs?

A lot of cutting to get rid of the lip rust.

Are you gonna patch the holes in the hood for the aftermarket hood pins?
