Can I interchange a 1967 727 valve Body with a 1971 valve body into my 67 transmission to add part throttle kickdown.
Thanks.

I think the rooster comb on the VB needs changed for the 1 wire NNS.

they have a valve and housing to add PTK or a valve and housing off of a early 904 VB like I have. (grabed the PTK valve at the JY, but never used it yet)

I cant say for sure if it is as ez as swaping in the 71 VB and have it work though.

I will dig that valve and housing out later and post a pic, i read about this in a mopar muscle mag a few yrs back.

The '71 VB will work fine in the '67...the single pin NSS will work with the '71 VB too.

Many Thanks John, You really make my day...
I'm gonna work on the 727 this week, I just received my 5800 rpm gov. kit and 1-2 Shift Valve Spring from A&A and I will add TRANSGO TF-2 kit in the transmission + the 1971 valve body...
You're the best.
