Can I switch from a 360 LA cast crank to a'91 Magnum crank. I will have the Magnum crank balanced internally so there will be no dampner problems.

the crank swap shouldn't be a problem. Keep in mind that to internally balance you'll have to add weight to the crank (mallory/Tungsten) and it can get expensive.

My cast crank cost me $250 in mallory ALONE on top of the $300 balance job to internally balance on my LA crank

Also, 360's in 91 were still LA motors, wasn't until 92 or 93 they went magnum.
