Can someone please post some pictures of the heads used on the t/a motors.

I need to confirm the letter by the spark plug and the way the holes for the push rods were opened up.

Thanks

What is the letter in the casting by the spark plug?

J, U, O & Z have all been found on T/A heads.

They have also been found on every other 915 head casting application, so you can not go by the letters to see if they are T/A heads.

Also, sometime around 1974 Chrysler made T/A heads from X castings for sale over the counter. I do not recall the casting number.

No, just the intake pushrod hole is moved over. Otherwise they are no different than any other 340 head
Other than the T/A head only adjustable rockers obviously.

Thank you. They came with one of my T/A's (off the motor) and I wasn't sure if they were original or not.
