Can someone please tell me where the cowl drains at on an A-body, specifically 69/70 Darts?

Water drains out from the ends of the top cowl above the hood hindge area under the fender.

yes, two holes on each side near the spring/hinge. The larger hole is rectangular, maybe 3/4" long by 1/4" high, the other is next to it but smaller. Set up a garden hose running into the cowl, and stick a coat hanger up into the drain holes and start fishing around. All kinds of rotting tree debris will flush out eventually. If you are a contortionist (or small), you can stick your hand up in the cowl vents under the dash and fish debris out that way also. Just be very careful for sharp edges on the sheet metal up in there, not intended for fingers to be there.
