I do not think it would be possible using stock parts alone.

By itself I do not believe the LCA would do a good job of staying in place. The Tbar will keep the LCA from moving backwards so unless you created a different method of restraining it I do not believe it will work.

Also the Stock Shock Mounts are not beefy enough to support the car's weight. Over time the fender apron will collapse.

To do this you will need a reinforced mounting point for the coilover shocks.

Yes. The Pro Stock guys were doing that about 40 years ago.

Let me guess, you are trying to gain better clearance for the exhaust system, right?
This is a common question here, and it is a heated topic. Common wisdom is that, as stated, the cars were designed around the torsion bars and the shock mounts were never designed to carry the loads of a spring. The loads imparted by a shock absorber are far less than that of a spring. There are ways to reinforce the aprons through gussets and a 3 point "Monte-carlo" bar/gusset under hood/over the engine. If your goal is to cut weight, this is a bad idea. The additional gussets and bracing for strength are much more than the factory T bar setup.
The easy way to gain exhaust clearance is to buy better headers. It sucks though that they cost so much.
