The front bubble AFX windshield that Kramer sells weighs in at 11 LBS.

If I could get Jim to send me one it would be in there. This thing is a low budget piece. the stocker was $164. Here's a full car pic.

Where did you buy the stock windshield and what brand was it?

I need a new one since I stepped in the corner of mine..

The stamp on the glass says PGW. I bought it at Henderson Glass (248 666 1690) local in Detroit. At the time (Late October) they said there was one more left in Michigan . It's tinted which I didn't really want but the price was right.

I'm impressed with the ideas and the workmanship.. Lots of great details, and I'll bet there is more that we haven't seen.

Amazing work for sure........ So how do you install/fasten the door panels as I`m looking to start gutting my dart doors...........thankxxx...........

The door panels attach with the stock clips. This is the second time I've done a B-Body like this. The first one was a 63 Polara H/T. The Lexan was thicker (3/16") do to no window frames. I held the rear metal trim to the glass with clear RTV. It worked fine, lined up with the rear glass with the door shut perfect. This time I made the door panel backing out of 1/8" Masonite for stiffness, but the 63 was stock cardboard. I'm working on the pull up strap now. when its done i'll post pics. this is apic of the rear panel.
