Here is the supposedly correct, stock PCV valve. http://www.classicindustries.com/mopar/parts/pcv180.html I think I used one similar, although I have the same setup as you. If you have a decent speed shop, or even just an OReillys around where you live, I suggest you bring your valve cover and grommet there and try out what they have until you find one that fits.

Any 3/4" pcv valve from a mid '70s GM V8 will work.

I bought billet breathers for my Jensen with MP aluminum valve covers, one has a built in PCV valve....

I cheated... A little work with a mill and the stock Mopar grommet fits great... Which means the stock PCV valve fits perfectly.. The stock push-in style breather works in one of the oil filler locations too...

Summit has the MP grommets for 12.95. Uses a stock pcv..
