It depends on which valve covers and which spark plug tubes I have ripped the bottoms out of the stock tubes using two valve cover gaskets to make rocker arm to V.C. clearances I seem to remember the Mopar drag racing seminar guru recommending NOT using the spak plug gaskets in the 426 Hemi, no matter what

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)

Yup, discard the metal ring gaskets; they chew up the tubes. I'm referring to stock covers & tubes.
