What does the inside of the cover look like? Start it now. Without the cover. And possibly wrong seal, too deep.

I checked before i took it apart to make sure when i tore it apart to which way it should be and it is on the right way as if i turn it around it will hit timing chain.

Kinda afraid to start it like this,as i would think have oil flying all over the place or water getting down in the oil pan and doing any damage as it takes a few minutes to start the noise, I still plan on changing the oil anyhow afterwards but just being careful! As looking at this Pic it looks like the bottom of seal has a little shine to it also,so it might of been hitting it also!

Either the seal was not bottomed out in the cover or the cover is caved in towards the timing gears. Make sure the cover isn't pushed in. The slinger looks to have been installed correctly. If it would have been installed the other way it would have been hitting the chain. I'd say your cover is caved in.
I love the smell of Deer guts in the morning, it smells like... VICTORY!
