Large bolt????
All you do is to remove the wheel, brake drum and the five nuts behind the axle flange and give the axle a good yank it will usually with out too much trouble pop right out. Don't really know what you are doing but you don't want to try to take the bearings off the axle unless you are sure that they are bad. Just wash them out, inspect them and repack them with a good axle bearing grease and rein stall. Replace the inner axle seal for sure though. When you pull the axle out hold the flanged end to the rear of the car so that the splined den rubs on the inner front surface of the housing, when you feel it hit the seal pry back and the seal should pop out on the end of the axle. It may take a couple of tries but it do work and cheaper and simpler than getting tools out to do it. http://www.moparts.org/Tech/Archive/axle/12.html
