I know that the "factory Ramcharger" wheels are not aftermarket....but they FIT GREAT on B-Bodies....
I'm not sure what the backspacing is...but I'm sure a search would let you know so when you order your wheels you'll get the right offset

Factory 15x8" Ramcharger steelies have 4 1/4" backspace. They are essentially a 15x7" rim with another 1" ov dish.

I think about 4? years ago a member posted here that Summit had a sale on the above wheels for $45/ea, i bought 4 and glad I did.
Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

Both the OEM and Wheel vintiques are indeed hubcentric. I have both, used regularly. (Stockers, black, w/ drag radials, W.V. painted body color, on my '62 Ply.) They are ring mounted, too, which is a nice feature to keep drums and rotors from warping (bottom pix). Top is '68-down "pad mount" style steelie. BOTH are hubcentric.
