Trying to seat the axles I can only get the passenger side to Preload. No matter how tight it seems I get it, the driver side still has a bunch of play. Somebody help please.

Make sure the end play device is still in the block inside the posi I have seen them stick to the end of the axles and fall off out of the rear end Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)

What does it look like? I rotate the adjuster clockwise until there is no play. But I can't get it to start pushing the drivers side.
