I just replaced the axle bearings on my b-body dana. Trying to seat the axles I can only get the passenger side to Preload. No matter how tight it seems I get it, the driver side still has a bunch of play. Somebody help please.

Make sure the end play device is still in the block inside the posi I have seen them stick to the end of the axles and fall off out of the rear end

Thanks Cab,
I looked at that today and the block is there. Is there another device that goes inside it? What does it look like? I rotate the adjuster clockwise until there is no play. But I can't get it to start pushing the drivers side. The block doesn't seem like it wants to move inside the powerlok unit.
