S/ST 3040 master S Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 4,595 On the south side of Nowhere	Back when I bought a Demon carburetor from Don Gould @ FBO, I opted for the bottom-fill needle and seats to prevent fuel areation. I don't know if it helped but, sounds like a good idea.

S/ST 3040 master S Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 4,595 On the south side of Nowhere	I've also seen shear plates with neoprene sandwiched in them to keep engine harmonics from the carburetors, to keep from "buzzing" the fuel into foam. It also aided in lower BSFC.
